Welcome to Le Pic Vert
Le Pic Vert is a large, detached house situated in Serignac, a small, quiet village set in pretty rolling countryside about six kilometres from the market town of Beaumont de Lomagne and approximately one hour north-west of Toulouse in Tarn et Garonne in south-west France.
The house, which was built in 1860 and originally had an ‘epicerie’ on the ground floor, is situated next to the church and faces at the front on to the main street of the village and at the rear onto a garden with trees beyond. There is another small garden between the house and the adjoining property.
The original front door on the main street is no longer in use and the main entrance is now from the rear through a covered terrace entered from a door facing the side of the church.
The house has been completely and sympathetically renovated and can sleep up to 11 people and a baby. The rooms are large with high ceilings making it very cool and comfortable in the summer. The house is fully furnished and the furnishings and decoration are simple and modern in character.
